No. The audit is and remains a one-off, without a subscription. That is what the report is made for: you or your own web developer can get started with it right away. A package is purely optional and cancellable monthly, no annual contract, no notice period of months. If you leave, you take your site files with you and we help once with the switch. Your domain and your email always stay yours.

Just email info@siteoptima.nl. Replacing a photo, changing a price or text, or an idea for a blog goes into the next monthly round, within the time of your package. Something new, like an extra page, a form or an integration, is a separate step: you get a fixed price up front and we only start after your yes.

Yes. Order the Premium report (€179) and add one month of Growth (€549). The audit fee is credited against that first month, so you pay €370 extra and €549 in total. In that month we carry out the most important improvements, you get your first blogs and you see the effect in the re-measurement. After that you simply cancel, or you carry on if you like it.

An SEO tool gives you a dashboard full of numbers and leaves the work to you. I have worked for years as a data and AI consultant at a large financial services company. The work there comes down to the same question as SiteOptima: which customer is worth approaching, at what moment, and why.

This is what I build there, together with data scientists and marketing teams:

  • A valuation model that estimates what a company is worth, so advisors can see which business owner is worth a conversation.
  • A churn propensity model that predicts which clients are about to leave, well before they cancel.
